These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Ghost Network services, including our websites (www.gh-o.net, www.g-n.io, www.gh-o.cn) and applications for iOS, macOS, Windows, Android, and Linux. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptable Use
You may use Ghost Network services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the services to engage in illegal activities or violate applicable laws.
- Attempt to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Use the services to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content.
- Overload or disrupt the services, including through excessive bandwidth usage.
2. Account Responsibilities
While Ghost Network does not require personal accounts for basic use, any Hellbind Keys, BiFrost Passes, or subscription plans (e.g., Pro or Max) you generate or purchase are your responsibility. You agree to:
- Keep your keys and subscription details secure and not share them with unauthorized parties.
- Monitor usage within your Phantom Hubs to prevent misuse.
- Notify us immediately of any suspected security breaches at support@habloapp.com.
3. Subscriptions and Payment
Ghost Network offers Pro and Max subscription plans as monthly subscriptions, available on macOS through Apple’s In-App Purchase system and on iOS, Windows, and Android through alternative payment methods, including cryptocurrency, when available, via our website (www.gh-o.net/pricing). The subscription plans provide access to premium features, as detailed below:
- Pro Plan ($19.99/month): Manage up to 50 devices, 1-month Ghost VPN sessions for 3 simultaneous devices, and 10 reusable Hellbind Keys with a 30-year expiration.
- Max Plan ($49.99/month): Manage up to 200 devices, 1-month Ghost VPN sessions for 10 simultaneous devices, and 50 reusable Hellbind Keys with a 30-year expiration.
Subscription Details for macOS:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Pricing is displayed in your local currency in the app’s subscription screen, subject to Apple’s regional pricing (base prices: $19.99/month for Pro, $49.99/month for Max).
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings on your macOS device (

). - A “Restore Purchases” option is available in the Ghost Network app to reinstate active subscriptions on new or reinstalled macOS devices.
- Subscriptions provide ongoing value through regular updates, enhanced connectivity, and access to premium features like extended device limits and reusable Hellbind Keys.
Subscription Details for iOS, Windows, and Android:
- Subscriptions on iOS, Windows, and Android may be purchased using cryptocurrency or other payment methods through the apps.
- Payment processing for non-Apple platforms is handled by third-party providers, and their terms may apply.
Refunds:
- For macOS subscriptions, refunds are handled by Apple’s App Store policies. To request a refund or resolve billing issues, contact Apple Support via

4. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend services without prior notice. Subscription features are enhanced through regular updates to ensure continuous value, such as improved performance, new Phantom Hub configurations, and additional security features.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Ghost Network services, including subscription plans, if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in activities that harm the service or other users. Upon termination, active subscriptions on macOS may be canceled without refund, subject to Apple’s App Store policies. For iOS, Windows, and Android subscriptions, refund eligibility will depend on our refund policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ghost Network is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by applicable law. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the services, including data loss, service interruptions, or issues with subscription features.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the services, including subscriptions, after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email.
